關於做餅乾

前天心血來潮

跑去超市買了奶油和糖還有麵粉

想說來做泡芙和餅乾
                                                                               
做完了泡芙要來做餅乾時
                                                                               
雄雄發現雞蛋被我用完了
                                                                               
我就想說
                                                                               
為什麼做餅乾一定要用雞蛋呢?
                                                                               
剛好用這個機會來試一下好了
                                                                               
我就把原本需要四顆雞蛋的份量換成50cc的牛奶(因為不想讓它太乾)
                                                                               
然後弄成長條狀的麵糰
                                                                               
用保鮮膜包起來拿去冰
                                                                               
過半小時再拿出來切片去烤
                                                                               
                                                                               
烤完後發現
                                                                               
原來雞蛋是影響餅乾的形狀的阿!!
                                                                               
因為我烤出了一大片的餅乾
                                                                               
烘烤前

總覺得有一種耍笨了的感覺......
